Animaterra Women’s Chorus

Invites Prospective New Members to a

Welcome Reception
Tuesday, September 4
Langdon Place in Keene, 6:00 – 7:00 PM
Animaterra Women’s Chorus will hold a Welcome Reception for all women in the Monadnock Region who love to sing. The reception is scheduled for Tuesday, September 4, at Langdon Place, 136 Arch Street in Keene. There will be a reception from 6:00-7:00 pm with refreshments and a chance to meet and talk with current Animaterra singers. From 7:00-9:00 pm, there will be an opportunity for prospective members to sing with the chorus in its first rehearsal of the season. “Our welcome reception on September 4 is an open invitation to the women in our area to come and see what we’re all about,” said Allison Aldrich, artistic director of the group. “Our organization provides a wonderful environment for our members not only to share their love of music but also to develop deep and lasting friendships. We invite all women who love to sing to join us. There are no auditions, just the willingness to learn and have fun.”

Animaterra is a women’s chorus in the Monadnock Region that celebrates world cultures and diversity, and promotes peace and understanding through song. It offers an environment of learning and shared musical artistry in which women, whether beginners or experienced, can express themselves through music. No auditions are required-just a love of singing.

Information about how to join will be available at the reception. The event is free of charge.
